We also host a 9000+ sq.ft. clubhouse with classrooms, conference room, event and catering space, full gun pro-shop, as well as being the home to Tombstone at Sanctum 1791, our luxury restaurant, bar and lounge.

The shop’s rental inventory includes a variety of handguns, rifles, shotguns, and other firearms for use on our shooting ranges. All rented firearms will only be permitted to fire ammunition purchased from our “on premises” gun shop.

You will be able to purchase items from almost every area of SANCTUM 1791 utilizing your Member Account, including our restaurant/bar/lounge area, our branded items, golf cart fees, and ammunition. However, you will need another form of payment should you purchase a weapon from the Gun Shop.

Your spouse may come to the Club any time with you. They will be provided a Member number with his/her name They will need to also sign a Waiver to be on the premises.

Certain membership levels allow your children to come to the club with you at any time, however, they must be 12 years of age or older. Adult children up to age 23 will be allowed on the parent membership.

Yes we do. Golf cart fees will be $25 per cart.

Reservations are not required as a norm, but encouraged, especially on the weekends. We do ask that for parties of 6 or more, you make a reservation on your Member APP or call the restaurant at xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Yes! Our staff works extremely hard to quickly clear any weather-related obstacles to ensure maximum, year-round access to our facility. Please note that for your safety, there may be times that we will need to start late or close early. If weather is questionable, please call the clubhouse before coming out. We also send out a group email and/or text and post at the top of our website and our Social Media pages if we need to open late/close early.

All calibers are accepted with the exception of a 50 caliber, black powder guns (only for special events), muzzle loaders (only for special events). At no time will any armor piercing rounds, incendiary, or special ammunition be permissible. There will also be NO ILLEGALLY MODIFIED GUNS. (This could result in termination of Membership.)

Yes. Eye and Ear protection must be worn at all times while on a live-fire range. Both are available for purchase if necessary. Open-toed shoes (flip-flops/sandals) are not allowed on the range. Close-toed shoes must be worn on the range at all times. Please keep in mind that there is hot brass ejected from all firearms.

A member may bring guests to use the Club. Please refer to your membership agreement or the Membership Graphic for reference to the specific number, depending upon the level of your Membership. A member is responsible for the conduct and actions of their guests while visiting the Club, with special emphasis on safety rules.

Guests must be under the direct supervision of the member while in the range. Again, all guests of members must sign a Waiver. If any particular guest is coming with you often to the range, we’d ask you to encourage that guest to join the club. We do reserve the right to change this policy in the future if necessary. We may also limit the number of times any person is permitted to use the range as a guest and/or to limit how many guests a particular member may bring to the facility if we believe that the guest policy is being abused.

Yes – please keep in mind ALL coolers, backpacks, bags, etc will be checked by a Range Safety Officer prior to entering the course. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED ON THE RANGES OR SHOTGUN FACILITIES AT ANY TIME! RSOs will also be checking bags for ammo that does not meet our requirements. This helps keep things safe for you and everyone on the course.

Sporting Clays is commonly called “Golf with a Shotgun ” as lots of Sporting Clays Courses are layed out similar to a golf course. Each station has not only a different appearance, but also different target presentations. You typically travel from station to station via golf carts however walking the course is common also.

No, the range provides the opportunity to rent both. Either gauge is perfectly fine and success is easily obtainable with either. If you’re a new shooter or youth you may prefer the less recoil and lighter weight gun options of the 20ga. Quite a few shooters enjoy shooting 28 gauge guns as well as the challenging 410 bore guns. NOTE: you must purchase our ammunition if using our loaner gun. A canvas bag or shooting vest is recommended to carry your shells (Vests and shell bags are available for purchase in our Pro Shop).

You are welcome to bring your own shotgun or rent one from our Pro Shop. All shotgun shells should be 7.5 or 8 size shot. No shot size larger than 7.5. Ex of not allowed sizes: 6’s, 5’s, 4’s, steel shot, turkey loads, buckshot, etc. The all around recommended choke is Improved Cylinder, but in some instances Modified could be advantageous on the advanced course. We do not allow home defense style shotguns on our course such as collapsible stocks or AR Style pistol grips.

All menus are designed for 100 total shots for completion of course which means you need a minimum of (4) boxes of shotgun shells. You are welcome to shoot more or less. Some membership levels provide a specified amount of clays for you.

SANCTUM 1791’s plan is to have a 100 target beginner course menu, a 100 target advanced course menu and a 100 target super sporting menu available.

You can expect to spend two to three hours on the course depending on the number of clays thrown and the size of your party. Allow yourself additional time on weekends.

Waiver forms are required for all members and their guests to participate in any activities, including visiting both the range and the restaurant/lounge area at SANCTUM 1791.

Yes, it’s easy to shoot solo! Our automated system throws targets in a delay after you push the trap release button. When you arrive, our Range Safety Officers (RSO) will gladly get you up to speed!

We encourage everyone to utilize our APP or call our front desk at xxx.xxx.xxxx. One of our team members will help you pick the best time to arrive based on course selection and size of your group. While this is not a true “reservation”, those who call ahead are given priority over those who walk-in. Reservations are required for groups of 12 or more.

No- Even if you’ve never held a gun, our staff and instructors will have you breaking targets in no time! We would love to help you get started. If you have never shot a firearm, you must call ahead to schedule an appointment for lessons.
